Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
39:4-97 traveling north bound on garden state parkway. Vehicle two cars ahead of me slammed on brakes causing the vehicle in front of my to collide, following me as the caboose. I am responsible for the incident because I was the last vehicle.
I received carless driving violation with personal injury. the injured was a minor so was required to be evaluated by EMS. She filled no complaints but I still have personal injury. She, nor any other driver are required to come to court.
