Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Really Need Help...

I have 2 warrants from 3+ years ago. I need to take care of them. Both are MV related; one is for failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge and one is for failure to attend the IDRC program; both are unrelated . I paid for the IDRC program and also completed 180 hours of community service. I DID NOT know it was mandatory to attend the classes. These problems are from years back and i now have a ''normal'' adult life. And also a 16 month old daughter. For the sake of my family what is the best and most efficient way to get this taken care of...thanks in advance

Re: Really Need Help...

I suggest you get an attorney to help you out. There are several reasons. First, hiring a private attorney shows that you care about your case. That really impresses judges. Second, you could really get slammed here and you need someone just to prevent the book from being thrown at you. Finally, lawyers can put a spin on anything, its what we do best.

Thus, I suggest you get an attorney ASAP to help you out there. My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
