Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

accident

two lan road.I was going on west direction.Vehical coming from east directoin stop to take left turn. I stop to take left turn. A motarcycal driving at a speed of 60 miles came from right side of east side vehical . Before I complite my turn, hit my car on left rear side. My care was out of white line but motarbick peson says i was roung. How can i prove that the bick overtake the vehical taking left turn.
