Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

My business is in a shared parking lot and I negotiated with the landlord to have 3 spots in my lease, which I pay monthly for. I put a ordinance and a sign in each of the 3 parking spots. One day a corvette parked in a spot for several hours a day and then it became habit so I called an officer and had it ticketed. They went to the court and disputed it saying I was not the owner of the parking area/spots and it was dismissed. ( I had no idea when the court date was etc, an officer just showed up and ticketed the car ) Located in Wallington, NJ

What can I do now to prevent a ticket from being dismissed like that and can I dispute that past dismissal?

Thank you in advance to you fine people of lawguru.com

Kind Regards,

You must be the one who signs the ticket, thereby requiring that the court notify you of the hearing date when you can bring your rental agreement with you demonstrating your leasehold

which equals ownership for purposes of the summons.
