Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
car towed
Bought a car and parked in teaneck nj. On bergen ave, it was insured by the previous owner untill, 8/8/06. Car was towed on 8/8/06. It was moved each night and parked in the same location. Is this legal, what recourse have i.

I assume that the vehicle was insured until 12:00
A.M. on the eigth which means it was on the street without insurance. You have no recourse that I know of.
On the other hand you should be able to deal with
any ticket for no insurance, with the assistance of an attorney.
