Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
careless driving
i was given a ticket for suppoibly careless driving officer claims that did not look to my side nor put my blinking lights and that's the first thing i did before i made my turn i taught to make sure look both sides and my mirrors and put my signal lights and he stopped me anyway what should i do if his word against mine is my first time?

It sounds like you should go to court and fight the ticket because it is your word against the police officer.
