How do i clear a warrant for failure to pay a payment plan for traffic tickets

Go the court and pay the ticket. You may have to post bail and then when you go to court the bail money can be applied to the ticket.

ditto, call the Court immediately and ask what needs to be done to rectify the situation, you obviously need to bring your payments up to speed, but you will probably need to appear in front of the Court to do it. You can be arrested on the warrant, so call and ask the violations clerk if you can post bail to address the warrant or if you need to go in front of the Judge, they will advise you on how to proceed.
