Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
collections and title transfer
i sold a car to someone in 2006. apparently they never transfered the title or registered it in their name and crashed the car a few days after the sale. now in 2009 i'm trying to refi my home but cannont because there is a lien against me for the towing fees of the car. i contacted the collection agency and they will not work with me because all they want is money. please help

You can sell your house; you just have to pay the lien at the time of sale. How much is the lien?
