If someone was in a hit and run accident where there were no injuries, what would the consquences be for the hitter? Max vs. Min?

Worst: 6 months license suspension, Points on your license, plus DMV surcharges; $500 fine; possible jail; possible payment of other car owner's deductible.

Minimum: No suspension; no jail, no points; but there would be a fine.

In between: Many different things can be arranged other than just the above two scenarios. Best bet: speak to a lawyer who knows this stuff. Call me at Six Four Six- Nine Seven Nine Nine. or go to my site: gomezlegal.com
