consiquences for no injury hit and run
If someone was in a hit and run accident where there were no injuries, what would the consquences be for the hitter? Max vs. Min?

Six months loss of license, a fine and a possible jail sentence.

Worst: 6 months license suspension, Points on your license, plus DMV surcharges; $500 fine; possible jail; possible payment of other car owner's deductible.
Minimum: No suspension; no jail, no points; but there would be a fine.
