Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
cop overstepping his authority?
if a cop pulls you over on a highway. can he make or tell you to get off the closest exit so your not on that highway anymore?

If you car posed some sort of hazard, he would have been giving you a break by not having your car towed. It all depends.
