Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
i decide to turn right
yes i stop the car sing to the left then i decided to go right i sign to the rigth and did not see a care coming and proced to right but this car appear from no where and skip me but hit another car that was coming out the some company i was going in im in trouble the policemen just took my linces and registration and told me i was not involved in the accident ....im in trouble what should i do ..do i have to call my insurance and tell them
