Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Defending 2 tickets one after the other

I have got 2 tickets which are subject to hearing. The first one is scheduled for next week and I have hired attorney to fight that and in his experience he has reduced it to 0 point in past. Yesterday I got a speeding ticket on 78 in Union which is a 4 point ticket. The 2 tickets are in different courts.

What are the chances that this can be reduced to zero points?

My record is clear for past 9 years except 2 2 point tickets I got this year. The first one I did not know was a point offense and I just paid on Internet, the second one I was unable to defend on my own.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Defending 2 tickets one after the other

Based on what you are telling me in your message, there is a good chance that I could get this ticket reduced to 0 points in Union. My office is close to Union, so I go there frequently. However, I would have to review your driving abstract before I could give you a definite answer. I am an attorney who has handled very many cases similar to your in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me. I never charge for simply talking about a case with a person. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
