Can a driver's license suspension due to driving without insurance be appealed t
My drivers license was suspended for one year due to driving without the required liability insurance on my vehicle--as per new jersey state law.
Has anyone succeeded in appealing their suspension through the Division of Motor Vehicle's hearing request department, and had their driving privilege restored before their scheduled restoration date?
