Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I was driving with my friend in a parking lot of our local recreational center. And our other friend got on the hood she did a u-turn with him on and stopped. One of the workers wrote down our license plate number and said she had a video. Even though it was all less then 30 seconds. Would we get introuble for our actions?
