Driving
is it harassment to be pulled over for driving a vehicle that is regesterd to someone who has an arrest warrent ? but ur are not the person with the warrent and have not commented s driving violation?

No, it is not. The police have the right to pull over any car that is registered to a person who has a warrant for their arrest, the assumption being that the owner of the car is also going to be the driver of the car.

Stopping car belonging to a fugitive is how the police catch bad guys. From what you tell me the officer was just doing his job.
Don't drive the car of anyone who may be a fugitive or have a warrant; it can happen again.
