Re: driving while suspended in nj

It is a traffic offense, not a criminal charge. However, you are facing the possibility of losing your driver's license for up to six months. If you get convicted a second time then you are also facing jail time. Depending upon the circumstances of your case there may be a way to beat this charge against you. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me about this. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

It is a traffic offense. If you have not already pled guilty, you should call me because, with the services of an attorney, you can avoid a conviction for driving while suspended.

Call me if you like.
