It is a traffic matter, not a criminal matter. You probably have a good defense. Call me, if you like.

this is one of the three really bad traffic tickets in NJ that I see all the time. You should get a good lawyer to defend you.

It is a traffic ticket but it carries heavy fines and the potential for a loss of your driving priileges for up to six months as well as three years of Motor Vehicle Commission surcharges. If you have ever been convicted before, a second or greater conviction carries mandatory jail time. I would advise you to discuss your case with a lawyer. Please contact my office for a free consultation to discuss how I can assist you. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

It is a traffic offense not criminal and like the other lawyers have indicated could carry serious consequences, it sounds like you may have a defense. It does pay to speak to a lawyer or if you cannot afford one then go to Court and the ask the Judge if you can fill out an application for a public Defender and the Court will view your income to see if you qualify. good luck, feel free to call with any questions (201)-894-9498
