Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
DUI/Illegal Substance/Traffic Tickets
Do I need legal counsul at NJ Courts to renew my driving priviledge. I never had a NJ liscense, however, I cannot get another liscense elsewhere due to this situation. If I appear at NJ DMV will I be arrested for the pending charges? What can I do to get these situations cleared up?

Re: DUI/Illegal Substance/Traffic Tickets
The only way to get a license in any state is to resolve these New Jersey tickets. Due to the nature of the offenses I would hire an experienced attorney in New Jersey to represent you. You may have to post bail, but if you hire a lawyer then he may be able to get the bail lifted so you can get a court date to resolve these tickets. The penalties you face do include potential jail time and loss of your driving privileges on top of any fines you may get. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

If you have pending charges they must be dealt with in court and then you can clear up your license problem.
I get the feeling that the pending charges are quite old. If they are, you are not really bad position. Call me for an explanation.
Call me if you like.
