The state of New Jersey has over 10,000 D.W.I. cases on hold due to the alcotest. Can the offense be dropped after being on hold for a long period of time? If so, how long until it may be dropped?

No! If you had a problem waiting, you should have fought the case in the first place. You'll have to wait a few more months.
