Expired Inspection Sticker
If I borrow a car with an expired inspection sticker and get pulled over, who does the ticket go to, me or the owner of the car? Who gets the points (if any)

Re: Expired Inspection Sticker
It is the owner who is liable for the fines. There are no points associated with this ticket. If you wih to discuss this further, please feel free to contact my office for a free consult.

I disagree with Mr. Bosley. As the driver of the car, you should be responsible.
