Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
explaination of nj statute 39:4-81c. and is it ? is it up to individual towns to deternie what the fine is. how long do they have to notify of the offense.

39:4-81 is a failure to observe a traffic signal. However, there is not part (c) to that statute. Moving violations come with the risk of insurance points. Do you have a court date?
