Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Failure to keep right

I was in the center lane of a three lane hwy going 60 in a 65 and was issued a ticket for failing to keep right? Is this a ticket that I can fight?

Re: Failure to keep right

tickets like this are rarely fought in municipal court. You can speak to the prosecutor and try to work something out with no points. If you are in MD and you don't want to come back to NJ, an attorney can appear on your behalf to work this out.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
