Re: failure to appear notice

After the second miss, you will have a hard time rescheduling on your own. We can call the courthouse for you. Feel free to call our offices to discuss. Don't ignore this one or some serious consequences could result.

Re: failure to appear notice

driving a car without insurance requires at least the losss of driving privileges in New Jersey for one year. Secondly, a letter faxed to the Court by an attorney can obtain an adjournment. If you are the person who called from Louisiana, I will appear in court for your tomorrow, if necessary, but a faxed letter just about always does the trick.

Not off to a good start. Those are very serious tickets. I am sure the jduge will force you to get an attorney. You can call the court but I'm sure they will want you to go there. Tell the judge that you want more time to get an attorney. I suggest you call one ASAP as you could lose your DL for 1 year.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
