You must hire an attorney to get a bail set so tha it can be paid and the warrant withdrawn. THEN the lawyer can deal with the case.

If he does not hire a lawyer to try and lower or elimnate the bail on the warrant, then he has to post bail in order to avoid getting arrested. When he gets to the point where he actually goes to court he is fac ing high fines, possible jail time, possible criminal record. I would advise him to consult with an attorney before he goes any farther. Please contact me for a free consultation. Thank you.

Until he contacts the Court, posts bail to remove the warrant he will not get a new Court date, it probably makes more sense to use an attorney to accomplish this task and if he does nothing he runs the risk of being arrested on the warrant. I doubt you will resolve it before July 22, 2011 but if you act quicky, you never know
