Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
How can I get this fixed?
A year and a half ago I was in a MVA which resulted in not only injuring me, totalling my vehicle and damaging public property. I was issued a ticket which was later dismissed in another jurisdiction. I am still being pursued by the other party to pay his damages as well as for the damages that were caused to other property eventhough it was not my fault. How can I go about getting this cleared? Is this something I can pursue with the state since it was at an intersection of a municipal rd and state rd? If so, how? I am asking because this is causing my insurance to not pay my medical bills to cover those being claimed as well as ruining my credit and raising my insurance premiums. Thanks

Re: How can I get this fixed?
I suggest you repost your question under one of the civil categories. Traffic law is for traffic tickets. I would get an attorney that handles civil law. Good luck.
