Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
i have a florida driver's license and ran a toll in new jersey. can my license be suspended if i don't pay?

It cannot be suspended by New Jersey. If your car is registered to you eventually the only thing they can do, if they do anything is potentially have a warrant issued for your arrest and/or suspend your right to drive in New Jersey. Again it may or may not happen. Eventually if Florida learns that New Jersey has taken this action against your right to operate a car within New Jersey, it is up to Florida to decide if it is worth taking any action against your Florida License.
