Handicap Signage
received ticket...space had no pole signage only painted logo on pavement what are grounds for dismissal

Unless you can provide some evidence that the painted notice on the parking spot was so worn off that it was unreadable, you really do not have grounds for dismissal. A sign on a pole is not required - painted notification on the pavement is sufficient notice.
