Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Hit someone
I was stopped at a Stop sign, then went through and hit a car I didn't see. There was minimal damage to her car. It turns out she had a fake drivers license and was arrested at the scene. I received a careless driving ticket. Should I fight the ticket? Does the fact that she was illegal effect my case?
