Insurence Sircharges

I livied in NJ back in 1985 and had a valid Driver Lic. and Insurence. I recived 2 speeding tickets with in one year. Paid the tickets and moved on joind the US ARMY.Held Col.lic. never had any problems. Got my new New York Drivers Lic. no problems. The State of New Jersery whants me to pay $200.00 as a surcharge.I not been in that state in 18 yrs Why?I haved survied my Country This is an

OUTRAGE! What would you do?

If you can do it, suck it up and pay the money..it beats the headaches trying to straighten out the mess and paying something anyway, imho.

If there were surcharges at the time the motor vehicle summonses were issued to you you will have to pay them.
