This is a four point speeding ticket. Depending upon your driving record there may be various ways to reduce or eliminate these points. I would need to get more information from you regarding your driving history before I could give you a definite answer. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your casein more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
