Learners Permit
If you get caught in the car with only a learners permit. Is there anyway you can pay the fine and not get your permit revoked?

Officially no, since prosecutors are not supposed to plea-bargain in this type of case. However, there may be ways around it. You need an attorney. Call me if you would like to discuss it further at 877*688*3879.
