Left-hand turn on red light
In the state of nj,can a driver of a motor-vehicle make a left turn on a one-way street, if the direction of the traffic is going left, when the traffic light is red.Is this a legal turn.

In New Jersey a motorist may make a right turn on red where there is no sign prohibiting same.

You can make a right turn on red unless there is a sign that prohibits it. You cannot make a left turn on red.
