Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

Hello, i live in NJ and I have a failure to appear on my driving abstract due to a court date i missed involving a traffic violation. I posted bail my license was not suspended and i have a new court date. After the ticket violation is resolved does the failure to appear come off my driving abstract???? Is there a way i can get in expunged or something anything? I need it to come off my driving abstract because my employer pulls employees driving abstracts and see if any employees have to many violations within three years, if so they are let go. I need my job, ticket was for "red light" which i can plea bargain to unsafe driving 0 points just a fine. BUT the problem is that the the unsafe driving, failure to appear in court, plus a previous speeding violation (14mph over limit) all show up on my driving abstract and puts me over my company point system. Can anyone help me please!?

Failure to appear in court is not a traffic offense.

The FTA is not a violation per se, but it will show up on your driving abstract permanently. It cannot be expunged. Sorry.
