Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
marijuana gloucester county
oh my god please help my 19 year old son was stopped for speeding. They said he had an outstanding warrant for not paying a open container/beer in his car charge(this was also during a traffic stop and we/he had no idea about this charge)there was no dui test or anything. so because he had a warrant they searched him and found/he admitted having a small amount of marijuana.they are also charging him with having 4 people in the car. he already did a first offenders when he was 17 when he was in his friends car who had marijuana on him.we think he will probably lose his licence{too many tickets} we are really afraid of him going to jail for this second drug charge.is this a second because the first was when he was a juvenille?please help we are so scared

The rules in that county can be tough, but you should contact a private attorney right away. We don't charge for an initial consultation. Feel free to call our offices and we will schedule you to come in right away.
Re: marijuana gloucester county
The prior drug charge must have been in juvenile court. He may be a first offender as an adult. He does not have to go to jail.
Call me if you like.
