Re: miranda rights

Whether Miranda rights are read or not can be very important or unimportant depending on whether you made some statement which the state intends to use against you at trial which should be the subject of a motion to suppress evidence.

I need some more information to advise whether it makes a difference in your case. You should call me.

Re: miranda rights

Your Miranda Rights usually only apply when you make a statement to the police which they intend to use against you as evidence in any criminal proceeding against you, or in a traffic situation such as a DWI case where any statements you make can also be used as evidence against you. If they were not read to you this could be of crucial importance depending upon the other facts in your case. I am an attorney who has handled numerous cases similar to yours in the past. Please call me at 908-272-0111 to further discuss the facts of your case. There is no charge for an initial consultation with me, so please give me a call today. Thank you.

Re: miranda rights

A motion to suppress evidence could be filed depending on the circumstances. Such a motion may be effective to defend whatever it is you are charged with. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please call 732-286-2170.
