I am not really clear who you settled with and if you actually mean that you negotiated some kind of plea that resulted in a 6 month loss of your driving privleges. If you agreed to plead guilty to a number of summonses that resulted in a six month suspension that would qualify as a conviction. However, if you worked out an arrangement with a Motor Vehicle Commission Hearing Officer to a reduce a potential administrative suspension that is another issue.
