I had a speed ticket(4 points) in New Jersey last week. This is my first voilation and alos my license in only 2 months old. Is there any way through which I can eliminate my points if I plea not guilty.

I can probably get this changed to a 0 point ticket for you. I do VERY many cases similar to yours in numerous courts throughout NJ every year, so please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to people about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

You must hire an attorney so that the charge can be converted to a no pointer.

Call me if you like.

Re: Regarding moving voilation

Generally, provided that there are no aggravating factors that sometimes thwart such negotiations, we usually can persuade a prosecutor to plea bargain such a case to eliminate points. Your driving record may play a role but preparation for these issues is very helpful in confronting the pitfalls and dealing with them in a considered way. Please contact me if I may assist you.
