Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Newark Ticket Ordinance 23:3-1
I received this ticket turning onto Market street which is a 'No Turn' intersection. The ticket is $77which I will just pay, unless there are DMV points. Is a No Turns ticket something that is reported to DMV? Will my insurance go up?

You are fortunate as the Ordinance violation does not carry points. It ordinarily would not affect your insurance but it might with some insurance companies so ask your agent/broker.
