i received 3 tickets 39:4-129b,
39-4-130, and 39:4-97 for an accident that was reported in my driveway. why are the tickets so excessive for a minor accident on private property?

Re: nj
Its unclear how an accident happened in your driveway, as one of these tickets is for leaving the scene of an accident and involves a mandatory drivers license suspension, regardless of how minor the accident was. See an attorney or apply for a public defender if you qualify.
Re: nj
Your summonses allege failure to report an accident; leaving the scene of an accidnt where where was property damage and careless driving.
Without know all the fact and circumstance of the accident it is difficult to answer your question further.

I'd have to know a lot more about the situation but the charges are serious regardless of how minor the accident was. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
