Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I was given a non payable offense ticket for turning on red because i did not see the no turn on red sign. I am scheduled to be summoned to court in a couple of weeks. I am trying to resolve the matter by myself, since I didn't tell my parents I will be using the car. I am 18 years old. Do I need my parents to come with me to the court? Is going to the court by myself bad for the situation?

Going to court by yourself is just a bad move. You are an adult and your parents have nothing to do with this. It won't cost much to hire an attorney. Feel free to call me at 1-855-9-JEFLAW. Regardless of who you hire, do not go by yourself.
