Only if you did not surrender your New Jersey license when you got your PA license, OR if the offense that caused the suspension of your New Jersey license is one that occurred before you surrendered your NJ license. Please contact me to discuss your situation in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about thier case. Thank you.

Driving in New Jersey, using an out of state driver's license, involves New Jersey recognizing
the out of state license because it wants other states to recognize the licenses of New Jersey
drivers. This is called a reciprocal driving privilege. If you receive a motor vehicle summons in
New Jersey and fail to appear in court or if you fail to pay child support owed to a child living
in New Jersey your reciprocal driving privilege can be revoked by New Jersey until the child
support is paid and until the motor vehicle summons proceeds to a final disposition.
