Paid a speeding Ticket in Albany but Received Suspention in NJ
I Received a speeding ticket in Albany , NY and and paid the ticket , 2wks later I got pulled over for no reason and rcvd a ticket for driving with a suspended license. It seems NY Failed to Notify NJ. Then I paidRenewal of suspension and called motor vehicle. And faxed them all the papers showing that I paid NY. I was never informed that the suspension ticket was still pending.
I have a court date 7.2. And had to pay bail for $500 can I get any of this money back. Since this all occured b/c of someones ?ineptitude. Are there any cases on this similar issue?
