Because you still have to resolve the ticket
You apparently paid bail on the warrant causing it to be withdrawn, but the underlying traffic case must be heard in court. It would appear that the warrant was issued due to your failure to appear in court on the pending matter.
The traffic case has to be resolved in court, if it is a moving violation. Also, there may be a contempt of court issue which may have to be resolved.
Call me if you like.
The warrant was likely due to a failure to appear for a court date on this matter in the past. The warrant is just a means to ensure you will appear in court when the case is next listed. The reason for listing the case again is to have you resolve the matter and pay the fine. The bail you posted on the warrant can be applied towards whatever fines you ultimately have imposed. Please call me for a free consultation on your case. Thank you.

because you posted bail to remove the warrant, but you still need to deal with the ticket underlying that warrant. You obviously missed a Court date which resulted in the warrant. Your need for an attorney really depends on what the ticket is and how severe the potential penalties can be, feel free to call to discuss if you wish (201)894-9498
