Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Parking ticket question.
I got a parking ticket based on the sign and ordinance in this link:
http://www.weehawkenpa.org/#!enforcement-hours
I parked after 9, at which point apparently the 4 hour grace period is non-existent. I don't believe that the sign says that.
Any way to fight it?
Thanks

You can go to court and make your argument to the prosecutor and then if he/she does not agree then make it to the Judge. In order to do this you may miss work etc. so is it worth it or not is the question you need to ask.
As mr. Ducey said, if you wish to fight it contact the Court and request a Court date. when you go state your argument to the prosecutor, if he or she disagrees then you have a right for a trial and can make your case to the judge and the Court will decide if the ticket was improperly issued. good luck
