parking ticket
I received a parking ticket summons in mail to appear in court. Not my model car. I wasn't there. It was for parking in handicapped space.

Re: parking ticket
You should speak with the court clerk.
You can call but, if it is convenient you should go to the clerk's office and explain. The clerk may dismiss the ticket on her own or tell you to tell the judge.

Re: parking ticket
That's wierd. Some people complain that the person that wrote the ticket had some info wrong, but if this is all of the info and you weren't there, I'd like to know how they attached this to you. Better make sure you aren't the victim of ID theft.
