Pedestrian rights

I was truning right at an intersection, and when I was clear to go and started moving,--name removed--man appeared to the right of me waiting to cross. I proceeded to go around him. He was not on the sidewalk, but in the street. He stopped and stared at my car as I drove away. I can only assume that he was mad that I went before him and didn't wait. My questions are:

Can the police issue--name removed--summons to me based in his word?

Can I be arrested from this incident?

Should he have been walking in the street against the traffic?

Is the--name removed--medium for him to officially complain about me?

There is a ticket for "Failure to yield to pedestrians in a croswalk" that could potentially be issued against you, but it sounds like you had the right of way and also that no harm was done to the pedestrian. I wouldn't worry about this. However, if he does issue a citizen's complaint ticket against you, please feel free to contact me to discuss this further.
