"Prayer for judgement" is not a term used in the courts of New Jersey.

You should call North Carolina motor vehicle to inquire as to whether New Jersey advises North Carolina of New Jersey traffic violations and how North Carolina motor vehicles handles this information.

If you want to have your case in New Jersey disposed of without your returning to New Jersey you can call me if you like.

I have never heard of a Prayer for Judgment. You should call your state's DMV to check on the points issue. Many times, you can plea bargain your ticket to a no point ticket in the court. YOu can try on your own, however, an attorney will likely be able to make the deal. It is approx 750.00 fee for doing so. Good luck.

There are no PJC's in New Jersey and there is nothing else like it. In NJ you are either guilty or you are not, at least when it comes to traffic offenses. Simple huh?

You will have to show up for court though unless they tell you otherwise. I suggest you get an attorney to save you the trip back to NJ if for nothing else.

You'll need to call NC DMV to see what would happen there.

Should you have any questions, feel free to call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your case. My initial consultations are always free.
