provisional drivers license in New Jersey
What are the fines/penalties for getting caught with a car full of your friends under 21 when you have a provisional license at 17?

A fine from the court and 90 days loss of license by the Motor Vehicle Commission, with the additional requirement of having to take a remedial driving course before your license can be restored.
