Probable cause to believe a violation of law has occurred is required to stop your vehicle, but the officer may have run your plates, which are in plain sight, and discovered that you were driving with a suspended driver's license and driving an unregister car.

I have an office in Toms River and I would be more than happy to meet with you to discuss your case. You are facing more DL suspension in addition to fines. Even if he had no PC to pull you over, you still need to fight the case hard because you are in municipal court. Thus, you cannot bank on the fact that your motion will be granted.

My initial consultations are always free, so give me a call.
